Enrollment & Registration
Registration: An annual registration fee of $40.00 for the first child and $30.00 for each additional child. With the payment of the registration fee, a position will be held for 14 days. You will receive an enrollment packet that includes a blue card, information sheet, and parent handbook at this time. Before the child is accepted for service, all paperwork must be completed and a copy of an up to date immunization record turned into the Director. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Admission: Children are required to arrive by 10:00am for meal planning and staffing purposes. If you have a Doctors appointment and will arrive later than 10:00 am please call the center before 10:00 am, that day as children will not be accepted into the center after 10:00 am without Doctors excuse.
Disenrollment: In the event that you you choose not to hold your child's position at the center, you will be required to re-register and will be charged the $40.00 fee, if space is available.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our services within five (5) business days of your child/children(s) enrollment, your child/children will be dropped automatically from our facilities program. There will be no refunds given.
Fees & Charges:
Part-time Care: Less than 30 hours a week is a flat rate of $175.00 for 3 to 5 years old who are potty trained, $95.00 for 6 to 12 year old children receiving before and aftercare, $40.00 for before school and $55.00 for after school only. For children not walking at age 1 or not potty trained by age 3, there is an additional $25 per week added charge.
Full Time Care: 30 to 50 hours of care
is a flat rate of $175 for birth to 1 years olds, $160.00 for 1 to 2 years olds, $150,000 for 3 to 5 years olds, $130.00 for 6 to 12 years olds. For children not walking at age 1 or not potty trained by age 3, there is an additional $25 per week added charge.
Extended Care: Children receiving full time care can be in the center up to 10 hours per day. Children kept in the center over 10 hours and one minute will be considered “Extended Care” children and your account will be charged an additional $10.00 per day, per child for extended care.
Late Pickup Fees: If you cannot arrive by 6:00 p.m., call the Center and make other arrangements for your child to be picked up. From 6:01 p.m. to 6:10 p.m. a late pickup fee of $25.00 per child will be charged. At 6:11 p.m. an additional charge of $2.50 per minute per child will be charged. These charges are to be paid at the time of arrival.
DES Funding: We do accept DES funding; however, DES does not pay your registration fee, and you are responsible for any additional fees that DES does not reimburse. DES assisted families will receive a contract outlining DES fees and your charges within your first week to sign. Upon notifying us that you are eligible for DES, we will require verbal authorization before your child may begin school. Written authorization must be received within a week. If we do not receive these authorizations, you will be responsible for all fees incurred during that time..
Payments: Payments are due every Monday before service is rendered. If your child’s fees are not paid by 6:00 p.m. Monday we cannot provide further service to you until payment is made. We WILL STAND VERY FIRM ON THIS POLICY! Any other payment schedule will be at the discretion of the Director, who may assess a late fee. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned check. If two checks are returned we will resort to a cash only policy. Non-Payment of tuition may result in immediate dismissal from our center.
Re-Registration: In the event that you choose not to hold your child’s position at the center, you will be required to re-register and will be charged the $30.00 fee, if space is available.
Illness: No provisions will be made for short-term illness. Full payment will be due. Prolonged illness (week or longer) must be verified by a physician with a doctor's note and rate will drop to half to continue to hold child's place.
Vacation: Holding your child's spot requires a (2) two week notice and one-half of the weekly rates per week prior to leaving on vacation. This policy is based on two weeks per calendar year. Ant time over two weeks must be pre-approved.
Meal Program: We are approved by the State of Arizona
Dept of Education to provide meals through The Child and Adult Care Food Program. Parents we do not allowed food in the center. Infants will need empty bottles, the Center will provides formula, cereal, and jars of baby food. The Center will provides Toddlers through School-Age children the following meals:
